About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to engage with and convert leads generated through various social media platforms and WhatsApp channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing inbound prospects, expanding our referral partner network, and driving consistent revenue growth through structured follow-ups and relationship management.

Requirements

  • Engage with inbound leads generated via social media platforms and WhatsApp channels. 

  • Qualify prospects, understand their investment requirements, and convert them into active clients. 

  • Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent communication to maximize lead conversion rates. 

  • Onboard new clients through our referral partner network 

  • Expand our existing referral partner network by onboarding Bank Relationship Managers, wealth managers, fund managers, insurance advisors, and other influential people. 

  • Continuous engagement with our referral partners and thereby onboard new clients 

  • Complete understanding of client requirements and real estate portfolio 

  • Achieve monthly sales quotas initiated by the business development head 

  • Maintain all relevant reports applicable for business development and execution on a daily basis 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, adhering to AssetNX standards


Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Strong drive for results clubbed with excellent presentation skills 

  • Good communication (with proficiency in English, Hindi and Telugu) and interpersonal skills 

  • Good knowledge about Hyderabad city geography

  • Must be a resident of Hyderabad
